Lower back pain

Most hip and leg discomfort occurs when you must adjust the chair to higher setting to properly reach the desk, but your legs don't rest on the floor properly. Investing in a low stool to rest your feet flat upon can help remedy the issue.

In some cases, you may have knee and hip pain because your desk and chair is too low. Switching to a taller desk or a standing desk, perhaps equipped with an office stool, may relieve this pain. There are also ergonomic kneeling chairs that are designed so you can comfortably fold your legs beneath you while sitting.
